Deactivate or Delete your account

To deactivate your account, please follow the steps below:

Open the app and go to the Me section.
Tap on Additional options.
Select Delete account.
Confirm your personal information as requested.
Tap Confirm to proceed.
An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the mobile number registered with your account.
Enter the OTP to verify your identity.
Once verified, your account will be permanently deleted.

After you requested to deactivate your account, your account will be deactivated for 30 days. After 30 days, your account and all your data will be permanently deleted.

If you want to reactivate your account, please login to your account within 30 days after you requested to deactivate your account.
